Six programs make up the Undergraduate Education academic programs portfolio. These six programs enhance the undergraduate learning experience at UC Davis by providing small classes, research opportunities and high-impact educational experiences.
We seek faculty from across UC Davis to partner with our programs. Whether in the classroom, through research or other experiential learning, faculty can enhance their own scholarship and research while ensuring UC Davis undergraduate student success.
In 2025, we plan to provide new faculty engagement opportunities. Here are just a few ways we hope faculty can partner with Undergraduate Education academic programs:
- Join a faculty review board
- Partner with University Honors Program to review course proposals, participate in application reviews and teach within the program
- Review new First-Year Seminars course proposals or teach new courses
- Review research award applications for the Undergraduate Research Center or support other undergraduate research opportunities
- Teach in the Quarter at Aggie Square program
Undergraduate Education academic programs are led by Associate Vice Provost Milmon F. Harrison and Executive Director Meghan McMahon Johnson.
